PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reproducing a process cartridge by which the process cartridge losing its commercial value as a process cartridge as the result of consuming a developer to the degree of being not capable of forming an image of a quality satisfying a user can be made merchandise again. SOLUTION: A pin combining a drum unit and a developing unit is pulled out and separated by working a drum frame 11d. A photoreceptor drum 7 is detached from the drum unit and the drum frame is cleaned to reuse it or to fit a new photoreceptor drum. A developing roller 10d is detached from the developing unit. A developing blade 10e is detached to replenish a toner housing part 10a with toner from a toner replenishing port, and a the toner housing part and a toner feeding opening 10k to the developing roller are toner- sealed again. Then, the developing blade and the developing roller are fitted to make the developing unit, and the reproduced drum unit and developing units are combined. |
