PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce rated output power of a DC/DC converter while maintaining rated output power against a load. SOLUTION: The input side and the output side are electrically insulated on the DC/DC converter 12. Additionally, a + side output terminal 11op and a - side output terminal 11om of the fuel cell 11 are respectively connected to a + side input terminal 12ip and a - side input terminal 12im of the DC/DC converter 12, the + side output terminal of the fuel cell 11 is connected to the - side output terminal of the DC/DC converter, and direct current electric power is output from the + side output terminal of the DC/DC converter and the - side output terminal of a power generating source. Output electric voltage VLb of a power generating device 10 is a sum of output voltage Vfc of the fuel cell 11 and output voltage Vout of the DC/DC converter 12. |
