<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of performing management diagnosis on a store and a store management diagnostic system capable of shorting the period for performing investigation and preparing an improvement proposal and grasping the change of sales and customer collecting force in time series as well as an improvement process. SOLUTION: In this store management diagnostic method, an investigator visits an object store for management diagnosis to collect the results of investigation on the using state of a store and the purchasing state of commodity and service. According to the collected results of the investigation on the using state of the store and the purchasing state of the commodity and service, the matters to be improved in the store management are calculated. The result of investigation on the user state of the store and the purchasing state of the commodity and service and the matters to be improved are presented to a person for implementing the improvement activities for the store management. The present state on the improvement investigated on the improvement activity contents taken for the contents to be improved and the contents which constitute an obstacle to the improvement activity is collected to the person implementing the improvement activity of the store management. The present state on the improvement is presented to a person for conducting the activity of the person implementing the improvement activities. Indexes related to the management for stores different in investigation time are mutually compared and contrasted.</p> |
