<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit to a terminal with out having to respond to the call. SOLUTION: The system includes one or more client terminals 23 and 24 having a voice input/output means, a CTI server for holding routing data including the destination of a call transmitted from a public line terminal, and a transfer server 27. The transfer server 27 has a data-holding unit 27a for holding previously a list of transfer destination of a client terminal, and when the call transmitted from the public line terminal arrives via the CTI server, the arrival signal is transferred to the client terminal, on the basis of the transfer destination list, so the communication system can transfer the call to the client terminal, without giving response to the incoming call.</p> |
