PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide note of superior decorative and IC card of high security which is difficult to be counterfeited, by concealing a secret image represented by a moire pattern in a hologram in which only a hologram image such as a three-dimensional image can be normally seen. SOLUTION: This image forming body is formed by integrally laminating an image forming body having a concealed pattern of a predetermined secret image, and an interference image forming body having an interference pattern for readably displaying the concealed image from the interference pattern interfering with the concealed pattern of the concealed image formation body being laminated integrally. This authenticity determining device for determining the authenticity of the image formation body receives the light of the concealed pattern by a visual observation device and a sensor, calculates the secret image by the operation, and checks the secret image with the prescribed secret image recorded in advance.
