PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic jointing method of wires capable of increasing jointing efficiency between conductors by efficiently transmitting vibration energy of ultrasonic vibration to friction heat of conductors without applying excessive pressure force in connecting crossing parts of wires to each other by ultrasonic vibration. SOLUTION: The wires 20 and 21 are disposed to cross each other, and their crossing part C is set pressurized between a horn side chip 11 and an anvil side chip, and ultrasonic vibration is inputted to the crossing part C to connect the wires 20 and 21 to each other, where the wires 20 and 21 are set between the horn side chip 11 and the anvil side chip to be inclined at or around the angle of 45 deg. to a vibration direction X of the ultrasonic vibration. |
