PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a step-down type on board charger capable of power saving, while avoiding giving sense of incongruity to a driver. SOLUTION: An output voltage switching part 2 conducts power saving in a range permitted by a vehicle driving condition, while avoiding giving sense of incongruity to the driver, by changing the output voltage of a step-down type DC-DC converter 1 gradually (desirably, to lost at least 2-3 seconds), if an output voltage switching command signal as a pulse signal is inputted.
