PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board which can reduce the size and has a through hole. SOLUTION: A circuit board comprises a plurality of connection patterns 10a for fitting a cable 4 for electrically connecting with an external device into an insulated board 3a; and through holes 11a within a scope of at least the one connection pattern or more of the plurality of connection patterns. A circuit pattern on a connection pattern forming surface is electrically connected to the circuit pattern on a surface opposite thereto via the through holes to constitute a circuit board 3. A hole front end on a surface side opposite to the connection pattern forming surface of the through holes 11a is covered with an insulated film 12c, or an insulated material 12d is filled up in the through holes, thereby preventing an outflow of a solder and preventing a short- circuit with a conductive member.
