PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the stability of a disk loading operation by preventing the downward warping deformation of a disk tray which advances toward a disk clamp position. SOLUTION: The disk driving device is provided with a disk tray 1 and a clamping mechanism 5. A rib-like abutting part 17 is projected downward at the front side portion 15 of the bottom plate part 12 of the disk tray 1 and on a chassis 3 as a member at a fixed side, a flat receiving part 31 is provided which supports from underneath the abutting part 17 of the disk tray 1 advancing toward the disk clamp position to thereby prevent the downward warping deformation of the disk 1.
