biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves sterilizing steamed grain with mineral additives; inoculating with mushroom culture; incubating in bags manufactured of low density polyethylene. Sterilization is performed at temperature of 120-123 C for 1-2 hours. Grain mycelium may be used for growing of fruit bodies. EFFECT: intensified growing method, reduced process time and costs.
