The heating and/or watering control method has growing tunnels having a command vane (2) driven by a central unit (UC). Each tunnel has a label (4) with the unit identification code providing operator read digital codes which are passed to a reader (3). The reader sends the central unit the information, which allows interpretation and execution of the watering or heating sequence.
