摘要 cutting of steels and alloys, determination of working parameter of hard- alloy tools, namely optimal cutting speed for tools used in metal cutting equipment, certification of cutting tools. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of measuring temperature in contact zone " tool material- work material" at different cutting speeds; plotting dependence of those values; preliminarily heating samples of hard-alloy tools; in order to enhance accuracy and to lower labor consumption using as initial parameter temperature of preliminary heating of hard-alloy tool at which in formed polyoxide semiconductor surface structure-film of tool maximum percentage dielectric permeability is achieved. Said value corresponds to formation of maximum electric capacitance in polyoxide complex. Then according to drawn plot optimal cutting speed is designated at which heating temperature in contact zone corresponds to selected temperature of preliminary heating of hard-alloy tool. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy and reliability of determined optimal speed values. 3 dwg
