PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a karaoke machine, in which a static image that is suitable for the music being played is inserted, while an animation reproducing is being conducted. SOLUTION: A hard disk device 21 stores animation data MGD, static image data SGD, music data MSD and MIDI data MID. An animation reproducing device 22 reproduces the date MGD in the device 21, to generate animation video signals MVS. A static image reproducing device 23 reproduces the data SGD in the device 21, to generate static image video signals SVS. A switching control means 24 conducts switching of animation video signals MGSO taken in from the external, animation video signals MGS from the device 22 and static image video signals SGS from the device 23 which employs prescribed switching timing and prescribed switching pattern. |
