PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilting device capable of realizing the precise tilting of a tilting part in a sufficient range even when the surface of the tilting part is not vertical to the longitudinal direction of a piezoelectric actuator in an initial state. SOLUTION: In this tilting device including a bent part 5 placed on a plurality of actuators, a joint part 9 constituted of an almost semi-spherical projected part 91 and an almost semi-spherical recessed part 92 fit into the projected part is connected to the actuator 2, and the joint part is pressurized in a state that the bent part is not bent so that the projected part can be fixed to the recessed part. |
