PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively realize a method for artificially bringing the intervals of the light emitting points of a plurality of LD by using reflection faces with a simple method suitable for mass production. SOLUTION: The reflection faces 2-3 formed on a sub-mount are constituted of two parallel and confronted reflection faces. Laser beams emitted from respective LD 2-1 and 2-2 arranged in parallel are reflected on the parallel reflection faces for two times, and optical axes 2-4 after reflection become parallel. |
