PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make introducible an appropriate design improving company to a client even if the client does not know it, if the client requests changes of commodity design. SOLUTION: A client uses a terminal 1 to input data on the name of a commodity for which the client desires design changes and the contents of its improvements to requests the design changes. A database 4, on receiving this requests, checks the data on the name of the commodity against registered commodity reference data; if they are mutually coincident, improving companies which is suitable to the contents of design changes of the commodity are selected from data on the names of improving companies registered; for example, the selected improving companies A and B are directed to investigate the contents of the improvements. The results are registered in the database 4 as answers and transmitted to a representative's terminal 2. The representative investigates the answers and makes a synthetic judgment through adjustments, which is then transmitted to the client's terminal 1 for presentation. If the client approves it, orders are placed to the improving companies A and B selected as contracting companies. |
