<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small antenna with a coaxial cable having a high efficiency and a broadband at a low cost that can be assembled in a narrow space, and to provide an information terminal using the antenna. SOLUTION: An inner conductor 4 of a coaxial cable 6 is connected to one conductor plate 12 in a couple of paper-tablet shaped conductor plates 12, 13 placed on a long dielectric board 11 and separated into two in the middle of the board 11 in the length direction, and an outer conductor 5 of the coaxial cable 6 is connected to the other conductor plate 13 so that the conductor plates can be freely assembled in a narrow space in a main body enclosure. Furthermore, since a couple of the conductor plates 12, 13 on the dielectric board 11 configure a dipole antenna, the dipole antenna obtains a sufficient bandwidth different from a chip shaped small-sized antenna, also obtains a sufficient antenna efficiency and its communication performance is not restricted. Since the antenna body is configured with a printed circuit board 14 comprising the dielectric board 11 and the conductor plates 12, 13, the cost can be reduced.</p> |
