<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain non-contact communication by efficiently utilizing the power supplied by the electromagnetic induction through an antenna for commu nication with a non-contact part, if no power is supplied from a cellular phone. SOLUTION: There are provided a combination type IC card (1) having a terminal (6) for communication with a non-contact part and an antenna (2) for communication with the non-contact part, and built in the cellular phone with the power supplied from the cellular phone, which comprises a voltage- detecting means (9) for detecting the voltage supplied from the cellular phone, and current shut-off circuits (10, 11 and 12) for shutting off a leakage current passage from the cellular phone, when the voltage detected by the voltage- detecting means is not higher than the prescribed value; and when the current shut-off circuits are operated, power is supplied by the electromagnetic induction of the antenna for communication with the non-contact part.</p> |
