PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support system capable of immediately transferring a continuous partial operation to the next person in charge in the operation for dividing one operation into a plurality of partial operations and processing the same. SOLUTION: This support system for supporting to process one operation by dividing into a plurality of partial operations, is provided with a detecting part for detecting a processing start condition produced by performing a first partial operation, a person in charge select part for selecting a person in charge for conducting a second partial operation when the detecting part detects the processing start condition, and an informing part for giving the information that the second partial operation is on standby to the person in charge selected by the person in charge select part when the detecting part detects the processing start condition.
