PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for rationally realizing a mechanism for asking the question of a questioner to a suitable answerer by dividing the type of the question into two types. SOLUTION: This knowledge sharing device is provided with a receiving means for receiving throw-in information discriminated between a seller sending information and a buyer sending information, an answerer data base previously storing whom an answer request about the throw-in information is informed, a determining means for determining whom an answer request is informed by the answer data base according to the contents of thrown-in information received by the receiving means and the discrimination between the seller sending information and the buyer sending information, and a transmitting means for transmitting the throw-in information to an answer candidate determined by the determining means.
