PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labor of a user at storing, delivering or disposing of an object designated by the user. SOLUTION: A rental warehouse system 10 is provided with a server computer 11 and a warehouse 12. A user computer 22 is connected to the server computer 11 through a network 21. The user notifies the server computer 11 of a request to check household goods in the warehouse 12, a request to deliver household goods left in the warehouse 12 to the user's house, a request to sell household goods at auction or a request to dispose of household goods by using the user computer 22. The server computer 11 outputs an instruction to perform corresponding work on the basis a received request.
