PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means that can provide a more useful service relating to viewing of information contents respectively to an information provider and an information viewer. SOLUTION: A service system 9 of a service provider 3 transmits guide information as to information contents to a mobile terminal 8 of an information viewer 2, in a business system where an information provider 1 provides information contents to the information viewer 2 through broadcasting and receives history information as to recording, reproduction, and erasure from a recording and reproducing device 7 of the information viewer 2. Then the service system 9 generates viewing information, including a program rating of the information contents or the like of the information viewer 2, on the basis of the history information and transmits the viewing formation to a broadcast system 6 of the information provider 1. Thus, the service system 9 provides a more useful service relating to the viewing of the information contents respectively to the information provider 1 and the information viewer 2.
