PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical master disk exposure device which can realize feed of high precision. SOLUTION: A dynamic vibration reducer, a resonance frequency controlling part which can freely set the resonance frequency of the dynamic vibration reducer and a radius position indicator are provided on a base of the optical master disk exposure device.
