PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analog/digital converter that can properly extend the range of a voltage able to be analog/digital converted, without losing a processing speed of an analog/digital conversion processing and can easily recognize a component, in response to a physical quantity of the output voltage of a detection circuit from digital data obtained by the analog/digital conversion processing. SOLUTION: In a basic integration processing, an integrator integrates an output voltage Ex of a detection circuit, a level of the output voltage Ex is grasped; when the level exceeds a prescribed level, a voltage of (Ex-Ef1) resulting from converting a level of an output of the detection circuit is given to the integrator, where it is integrated; and then auxiliary integration processing, a 1st reference voltage integration processing and a 2nd reference voltage integration processing are executed. A voltage (-Ef1) is given to the integrator and integrated, until the end of the 2nd reference voltage integration processing for a timeΔt0' which the same interval as a timeΔt0, when only the output voltage Ex is given to the integrator.
