PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver halide photographic sensitive material having simultaneously improved scuffing resistance, stickiness and conveyability of the film without affecting sensitometry and to particularly provide a silver halide photographic sensitive material optimum for medical radiography. SOLUTION: In the silver halide photographic sensitive materials each having at least one silver halide emulsion layer and at least one non-photosensitive colloidal layer in this order on each of both faces of the base, spherical polymer particles having 1-10μm average particle diameter and <=10% relative standard deviation and at least one polymer of formula (1) are contained in the non- photosensitive colloidal layer.
