PURPOSE: A tuning device of performance of a shock absorber is provided to assemble and disassemble the shock absorber easily, and to adjust damping force conveniently by combining a packing cap with an outer tube with thread-connecting a lower jig and an upper jig without welding. CONSTITUTION: An inner sill part(11) of a lower jig(1) is fitted to an outer top of an outer tube(31), and a lower part of the lower jig is combined with the outer tube by a welding assembling part(14). A middle sill part(12) is formed in the middle of the lower jig, and a female screw part(13) is formed in the inner periphery of the lower jig. An O-ring(15) is installed to the middle sill part of the lower jig, and an upper jig(2) is placed between a packing cap(5) and an eye(3). A male screw part(21) is formed in the outer periphery of the upper jig, and combined with the female screw part of the lower jig. A push protruded part(22) is formed in the lower part of the upper jig to push the O-ring. The upper part of the outer tube is combined with the lower jig, and the upper part of the lower jig is combined with the upper jig. The packing cap is contacted to the inner tube(30) and the outer tube by the upper jig to tune damping force conveniently.
