oil and gas production, extraction of gas from wells drilled predominantly in permafrost solids. SUBSTANCE: process includes sinking and cementing of direction, jig and operational string, well-head setup and subsequent lift of well product. In correspondence with invention jig is sunk to depth exceeding by 20% as minimum depth of bottom in permafrost solids. Cement stone in annular space between operational string and solids is raised to well-head with simultaneous creation of artificial bottom plug at level exceeding level of stratal water. String of lifting pipes is fitted with nipple to set blank plug and with funnel for passage of geophysical instruments. Nipple is installed between funnel and level of artificial bottom plug. Gas is extracted from productive stratum by supply of inhibitor into annular space between operational and lifting strings to diminish corrosion and of inert gas which density is less than density of gas coming from productive stratum. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of operation of well, insulation of operational string from exposure to gas from productive stratum, avoidance of conditions leading to formation of sand or liquid plug and permafrost thaw. |
