PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for providing application utilization service via a network, and a storage medium enabling to use the service provided via the network among a plurality of users on one contract. SOLUTION: A service provider concludes the one contract with the plurality of the users 1, 3 and provides the service to the plurality of the users 1, 3, in accordance with content of the contract. The service provider charges a rate to the plurality of users, depending on provided service and a proportion of a rate division included in the contract document. The user who receives the service pays the rate for the service corresponding to the payment ratio. |
