<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-window system for correctly realizing multi-window display. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a control part 30 for displaying pictures related with common data stored in a common data memory 20 on a plurality of window pictures and a plurality of UNDO data memories 10-1B.... When at least either picture edition or an UNDO operation is performed on one window picture, the common data are updated, and the other window picture is informed of the event, and the common data before its update are preserved in the UNDO data memory corresponding to one window picture. On the other window, the event are received from one window picture, and the common data are read from the common data memory 20, and the memory is cleared.</p> |
