PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use or carry electronic equipment with least likely possibility of entry of rain without any problem. SOLUTION: An opening part 2 for putting in and out the equipment to be housed is provided with extra length parts 3A-3D which extend from opening end and overlap each other when being folded to close the opening part 2. The parts 3A-3D in a folding state are integrally fixed on an electronic equipment housing case with hook-and-loop fasteners 5A and 5B.
