PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system for providing call service while suppressing the call charges or the amount thereof. SOLUTION: When telephone A calls telephone B, the telephone A provides a server 14 with first address information of the telephone B and obtains call identification information corresponding to the first address information from the server 14 and second address information as the number of a controller 13. The telephone A makes a call including the call identification information to the controller 13 based on the second address information. The controller 13 acquires first address information corresponding to the call identification information from the server 14 and terminates the call from the telephone A at the telephone B corresponding to that first address information.
