PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connection between lead terminal parts and the terminals of the filter even when the arrangement direction of the lead terminal parts of a coil winding and that of the terminals are orthogonal to each other. SOLUTION: When the other ends of bus bars 55, 56, 57 are connected to an input terminal 21 or an output terminal 22, one ends at the opposite sides of the bus bars 55, 56, 57 are opposed to one ends 52 of the windings 44. Thus, the one ends 52 of the windings 44 can directly be connected to the bus bars 55, 56, 57 so as to facilitate the connection between the one ends 52 of the windings 44 and the input terminal 21 or the output terminal 22.
