SUBSTANCE: invention describes block-polymer with molecular mass at least 10 000 Da and presenting the reaction product of isocyanate with polyester and aliphatic or aromatic diamine in the mole ratio NH2/NCO in the range 0.95-1.05 comprising urea, urethane and ester groups and, except for, primary NH2- and/or OH-terminal groups that can be substituted by monoamino-group, butylamine or ethylamine and forming fragments after hydrolysis of esters easily excreting from human body. Also, the invention describes a method of synthesis the above-mentioned linear block-polymer.
