摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide magnetic material, capable of suppressing an internal conductor disappearance due to the diffusion of Ag which has superior high-frequency performance and is capable of being sintered by baking at a low temperature with high volume resistivity, and to provide method for manufacturing the same and a laminated chip inductor using the same material. SOLUTION: The oxide magnetic material comprises Fe2 O3 of 43.0 to 51.0 mol%, CuO of 5.0 to 12.0 mol%, NiO of 8.0 to 39.0 mol%, and ZnO of the residue as main components; Bi2 O3 of 0.5 to 2.0 pts.mass, Li2 O of 0.04 to 0.32 pts. mass and one type or more selected from among the group consisting of MoO3 , Nb2 O5 , Ta2 O5 and WO3 of total of 0.1 to 0.5 pts.mass as sub components with respect to 100 pts.mass of the main components. The method for manufacturing the same comprises the step of baking the oxide magnetic material at 830 to 900 deg.C, and the laminated chip inductor has Ag as the interval conductor and a soft ferrite as the oxide magnetic material.
