PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide data access processing for efficiently carrying out processing to a composite file consisting of files having different file structures stored in a memory in a device. SOLUTION: A service permission ticket(SPT) as a memory access control ticket is outputted from an access device to a memory-mounted device to carry out processing according to file designation and access mode designation data described in the ticket (SPT) by the memory-mounted device. Even when the composite file is designated to the ticket (SPT) as a processing object, processing is performed according to an access mode recorded in the ticket (SPT), thereby various series of processing can be carried out to the files having the different file structures.
