PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory access control system capable of realizing the independent management constitution of partitions being divided memory areas generated in a device. SOLUTION: In a memory mounted device and access equipment for executing access processing to the memory mounted device constituted so that authentication can be executed by setting its own specific key and a key to be generated by applying a master key to the specific key of the other party of authentication as a common key, the access equipment generates the specific key of the memory mounted device by applying the master key of the memory mounted device to the identifier of the memory mounted device. The memory mounted device generates the specific key of the access equipment by applying the master key of the access equipment to the identifier of the access equipment. Thus, the authentication in a common key system can be realized by using those keys.
