PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to obtain even the results of complex calculations by use of an e-mail terminal. SOLUTION: An e-mail terminal 200 creates and transmits e-mail including inputted insurance condition data (S106 and S108). An information processing server 100 receives the e-mail and downloads the insurance condition data therefrom (S110 and S112). The server 100 performs calculations on the basis of the insurance condition data to obtain insurance premium data (S114). The server 100 creates and transmits e-mail including the insurance premium data (S118 and S120). The e-mail terminal 200 receives the e-mail and downloads the insurance premium data therefrom for display on the screen of a monitor (S122 to S126).
