PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye sensitized solar battery having long service life and capable of reducing power generation cost. SOLUTION: In this dye sensitized solar battery provided with an oxide semiconductor electrode constituted by making an oxide semiconductor electrode material adsorb dye, electrolyte which is a liquid or a pseudo-liquid body and contains electrolyte, and an opposing electrode arranged in opposition to the oxide semiconductor electrode through the electrolyte, a main body has a port for taking liquid component in and out capable of being opened and closed.
