PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distribute music suited to communication environment. SOLUTION: When it is decided that time series data are received in step S61, the processing advances to step S62 and the sort time power spectrum of the time sequential data is calculated. In step S63, the similarity degree of the calculated short time power spectrum and spectrum data preliminarily imparted to music data is calculated. In steps S64 to S67, the calculated similarity degree is compared with a threshold, the music data, to which the spectrum data of the highest similarity degree among those exceeding the threshold are imparted, are selected and sample data corresponding to the music data are read from a content data base. In the step S68, the read sample data are distributed to a user. |
