PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic motor drive control apparatus that can quickly activate and stably drive an ultrasonic motor even if a resonance frequency is varied. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic motor drive control apparatus has the ultrasonic motor, a driving control means for activating the ultrasonic motor by changing a drive frequency in the ultrasonic motor from an initial one, an operation means for calculating initial drive frequency data based on the drive frequency when the rotation of the ultrasonic motor is started, and a setting means for setting the initial drive frequency when the ultrasonic motor is to be activated next time based on the calculated initial driving frequency data. |
