CONDUCTOR THIN FILM SHEET AND SHIELD HARNESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductor thin film sheet and a shield harness which can prevent intrusion of noise into a wire when being wound around the wire. SOLUTION: The shield harness 1 comprises a plurality of wires 3 and an ALS 2. The wires 3 are bundled. The ALS 2 comprises an insulation layer 7, a both-sided tape 16 and a conductor layer 4. The both-sided tape 16 is pasted to one surface 7a of the insulation layer 7. The both-sided tape 16 is provided at one end part 2a of the ALS 2. The conductor layer 4 is laminated on one surface 7a of the insulation layer 7. The conductor layer 4 has a thickness equal to that of the both-sided tape 16. The ALS 2 is wound around the wire 3 under a state where the conductor layer 4 is located on the inside and the insulation layer 7 is located on the outside.
