The system has a flash memory for holding a system control program, a RAM memory for temporary storage of the system control program and a write control program, a write control unit and a write error and verification error display unit. A write error is displayed if an error occurs when writing the system control program to flash memory. A verification error occurs if the program in flash memory does not coincide with the program in RAM memory.
