At least one nail puller rotates in the opening, with at least one tine, to lock on a side axis opposite the roll-off surface. The striking head (3) and nail claw have steady roll-off curves (61). The hammer head has side nail pulling slits (35,36), and the head can be fitted with magnets to attract and hold nails.
