<p>A method and system for securitization of periodic streams of payments is provided. The system and method comprise generating a sale of an insurance policy and investment related products form an insurance issuer component (220) through an agent component (240). The insurance issuer component (220) pays the agent component (240) a commission via a periodic stream of payments, which the agent component (240) sells to a securitization component (250) generates a securitization note based on the periodic stream of payments. The securitization note takes into consideration actuarial factors such as the lapsing of the underlying insurance policy or investment product, and the mortality of the purchaser of the insurance policy or investment product.</p> |
