An injection nozzle comprises a nozzle body (12), a nozzle needle (18), which is displaceably mounted inside the nozzle body, a control space (20), which is connected to a fluid inlet (30) and to a fluid outlet (34), and comprises a valve element (40), which can open and close the fluid outlet (34). The control space is laterally delimited by a displaceable ring (24), whereby said ring rests against the nozzle needle and a closing spring (28) presses the ring against the nozzle needle in a fluid-tight manner.
