PURPOSE: A yellow soil grill is provided to continuously roast meats with improving convenience of use by exchanging the first and second protecting layers without exchanging the whole yellow soil grill when roasting the meats. CONSTITUTION: A yellow soil grill includes a yellow soil layer(2). The yellow soil layer(2) has a plate shape and is formed in various types. The first protecting layer(4) is formed at an upper portion of the yellow soil layer(2) in order to prevent meats from directly making contact with yellow soil. The second protecting layer(6) is formed at an upper portion of the first protecting layer(4). The second protecting layer(6) is fabricated by splitting a bamboo into several parts and meshing the split bamboo to each other. The first protecting layer(4) is made of paper or cotton. Toxic component contained in the second protecting layer(6) is removed by evaporating the bamboo more than 30 minutes by using steam.
