PURPOSE: An aliphatic thermoplastic polyurethane composition, its using method and a product prepared by using the composition are provided to improve heat resistance and to reduce tear strength. CONSTITUTION: The aliphatic thermoplastic polyurethane composition comprises (A) a mixture comprising 70-100 mol% of hexamethylene diisocyanate and 0-30 mol% of at least one aliphatic diisocyanate other than the hexamethylene diisocyanate; (B) a mixture comprising (b1) 70-100 wt% of at least one polyol which has a number molecular weigh of 2,500-10,000 g/mol and is selected from the group consisting of polyoxypropylene glycol, polyoxyethylene glycol and copolyoxyalkylene diol of propylene oxide and ethylene oxide, and (b2) 0-30 wt% of a polyol having a number molecular weight of 600-10,000 g/mol other than the polyol(b1); (C) at least one chain extender with a number average molecular weight of 60-500 g/mol; and (D) optionally a soft polyurethane prepared by reacting in the presence of a catalyst. The equivalence ratio of the polyurethane is 1.5:1.0 to 30.0:1.0 and the NCO index is 95-105.
