<p>A frictional oscillation reducing structure of a frictional engagement element (elastic body)(10) capable of reducing an elastic oscillation caused by bending moment and having a neutral surface (N) including a gravity center, parallel with a frictional surface (FS), and having a geometrical moment of inertia of zero, wherein the cross sectional shape of the frictional engagement element (10) is changed and neutral surface adjusting members (W, W) are installed to near the neutral surface (N) to the frictional surface (FS), whereby a bending moment by a frictional force can be reduced nearly to zero to reduce the frictional oscillation.</p> |
