<p>Data recording paper containing an internal sizing agent and a filler and further having a coating solution applied on the paper surface, wherein an alkenyl ketene dimer polymer stabilized with either polyamide epichlrohydrin or polydiaryldimethylammonium chloride (DADMAC) (a polymer-stabilized alkenyl ketene dimer) is used as the internal sizing agent, wet-ground CaCO3 or precipitated CaCO3 is used as the filler, and a material containing the following components (a) to (c) is used as the coating solution: (a) at least one member selected from among oxidized starch, cationic oxidized starch and enzymatically denatured starch; (b) a styrene acryl emulsion (SAE); and (c) sodium chloride.</p> |
