Disclosed is a static-electricity proof tile usefully applied to a place where static-electricity damage may occur, for example rooms for producing, assembling, testing various electrical/electronic goods, a clean room, an operating room in a hospital, and a house, and method for manufacturing the static-electricity proof tile. The static-electricity proof tile comprises a conductive mat combined with an upper or a lower nonconductive rigid film, in which the upper or the lower nonconductive rigid film is positioned on an upper side or on an upper and a lower side of the conductive mat, and made of the same resin materials as the conductive mat. Furthermore, provided is the method for manufacturing the static-electricity proof tile, in which the upper or the lower rigid film made of the same resin materials as the conductive mat is heat-pressed on the upper side or on the upper and the lower side of the conductive mat, and combined with the conductive mat. |
